Directly supervise and provide technical assistance to Claims Investigative Representatives. Prior auto claims supervisory experience is required.
Directly supervise and provide technical assistance to Med Pay Representatives. Working knowledge of multi-state PIP and Med Pay laws and claims processing required. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle bodily injury and property damage auto liability claims from beginning to end. Experience in handling multi-state jurisdictions is a plus.
Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle auto property damage liability claims. College degree or equivalent combination of education and prior auto claims adjusting experience is required.
Investigate and adjust PIP/Med Pay claims. College degree or equivalent combination of education and prior auto claims adjusting experience is required.
Investigate, evaluate and adjust auto theft claims. Settle total loss evaluations with policyholders and process salvage and title paperwork.
Provide clerical support to the Claims Department. Duties include filing, copying, data entry, mail distribution, etc. Computer skills (Word and Excel) are required.
Position requires exceptional typing skills. Knowledge of medical billing and CPT/HCPC/ICD-9 codes a plus.
